Vera Wang brings her signature glamor to the US Open.
On Wednesday, August 28, the 75-year-old fashion designer shared her flashy ensemble for the tennis tournament, which kicked off on Monday.
“Bling at the US Open 🎾🇺🇸💎,” she captioned the post on Instagram. In the photo, Wang is standing on a wooden staircase, with one hand on his hip and the other on the railing. Her look consisted of black leggings and a long white tank top with a black sparkly crop top over it.
She accessorized with a black baseball hat that she wore upside down, chunky white loafers and an eye-catching watch. Wang’s long, straight hair is styled straight and falls over one shoulder.
The designer’s followers filled some of the comments with praise for her sporty but glamorous look.
“I love it. The sparkly top is beautiful. I want to wear it. You’re amazing 😍🖤❤️,” one user wrote.
“Serving ace with that look 👏🎾🇺🇸,” said another.
A third shared: “🎾super cute look🪩.”

Wang is known for her glamorous personal style that defies her age. In June, she celebrated her milestone 75th birthday in not one but two stylish ensembles.
For what appeared to be a Rat Pack themed event, Wang wore a sexy black dress with a midriff cut that showed off her abs. The strapless, floor-length design, custom-made for her own eponymous label, featured criss-cross cutouts that showed off her midriff and hips.
She accessorized with a white tufted scarf, feathered earrings and an elegant headdress by feather designer Eric Charles-Donatien.

The designer later changed into another custom Vera Wang piece – a white backless dress with a plunging neckline, which she paired with a sparkling necklace.

Earlier this year, Wang kicked off the unofficial start of summer by donning wedding dress-inspired swimwear. In an Instagram post published on May 27, she lounged poolside in a chic white swimsuit, statement earrings, a sparkling cuff bracelet and bejeweled sandals. She completed the glamorous look with large Vera Wang Eyewear sunglasses.
In April, Wang told PEOPLE that turning 75 is “a lot of pressure.”
“I think he might be a bit like Warren Buffett [age 93] or Queen Elizabeth II [who reigned the British monarchy for seven decades until she was 96]I’m just going to keep pushing because I feel like more and more I can do the best I can,” she explained. “I’m really trying to honor that in me, that voice in me, that I feel very lucky to create. That’s what it’s really about.”
