It’s alleged he carried out the hefty amount of work on the property in Swords, Dublin, for free.

In the short clip, the Irishman rolled onto the roof before firing up the power tool.
He then started drilling it into the roof for around two minutes.
The builder can then can be heard shouting: “This is what happens when you don’t pay the f***ing bill.”
The homeowners were caught on camera rushing outside to see the commotion.
Aggravating the builder even further, he then held the chainsaw up to the couple.
As they walked up filming the damage he was causing, he carried on sawing a hole in the roof.
The post was shared to Reddit where it went viral.
One user said: “Saw this builder sitting at a roundabout beside the house in question the other day where he erected several large signs saying ‘(house number) (street name) DID NOT PAY FOR BUILDING WORK’ he parked his van beside the roundabout with the same sign in the window.
“I would imagine the homeowners were well warned.”
Another said: “They will have some job getting someone to fix it no one will take the job when they find out what happened.”
A third agreed: “Would love to see an after. Fair play that lad.”
