But the news did not go down well with those who live in the neighborhood and as soon as it was discovered that he was moving to the area, they spoke on the phone.

The woman, who asked not to be named, said: “One of my neighbors called me on the phone as soon as he heard and said ‘Have you heard the terrible news?’

“The reaction of most of the neighbors was not very positive.”

When she found out that Katie had settled in at home, the neighbor said: “I’m really not very happy about it.

“I know it’s from here, from here to Brighton and I knew someone who went to school with her.

“They told me she’s not someone you’d want living next to you.”

Katie is set to move into a house on the edge of Haywards Heath next month.

The construction works still need to be completed by the entrepreneurs who bought the land three years ago.

Katie’s unhappy new neighbor said: “If she has loud parties, the problem is that the house is too small.

“The garden is too small for large parties.

“This is a quiet neighborhood.

“Another neighbor told me that she didn’t contact me immediately when she heard the news because she didn’t want to spoil my day.

“There’s nothing we can do but put our house up for sale, but that’s a little drastic,” the neighbor said.

Another neighbour, who wished to remain anonymous, said: “I’m shocked, we thought he was moving to Hurstpierpoint.

“Pink is not my color.

“I know what I’m thinking, but I don’t want to say it.

– Let’s see how it will be in a few months.

Another neighbor said he wasn’t concerned unless Katie caused a disturbance, saying: “As long as she behaves herself.”

Katie was evicted from her Mucky Mansion last month for unpaid taxes of £761,994.05.

She confirmed the news on her podcast, telling fans: “No, I’m still in my mansion! And guess what? I absolutely hated my mansion.

“I’ll tell you why, I spent nine years in hell there.

Katie Price is missing millions

At the height of her career, Katie had an estimated fortune of £45 million, thanks to her lucrative modeling career, book deals and TV appearances.

The penniless mother-of-five was declared bankrupt for the first time in 2019 due to unpaid debts of £3.2million.

In a podcast interview earlier this year, she blamed her exes, including Peter Andre, Alex Reid and Kieran Hayler, and lawyers for her money problems.

She insisted that funding her exes’ lavish lifestyles with cars, watches, luxury holidays and homes had left her finances in tatters.

She added: “I went through a breakdown, this is how mine started – lawyers and ex, that’s my bankruptcy.

“And obviously a bit of HMRC.

“When I had my breakdown, if anyone was depressed… I don’t know if you’ve ever been depressed…

“It starts with depression and you just want to sleep all day and not talk to anyone, the phone would ring and you wouldn’t answer.’

Katie went bankrupt for the second time in March due to unpaid tax of £761,994.05.

The payment request was made to HMRC last October.

Katie was due to give evidence about her finances at the High Court but didn’t turn up – instead holidaying in Cyprus with her new man JJ Slater.

Her Mucky Mansion was a bomb site for years after it was broken into, flooded and overwhelmed by an overflowing septic tank.

She finally moved out at the end of May and is currently renting a four-bed villa in Sussex.

“Fly-tipping, it’s haunted… and I live with it. And whoever buys that house, good luck! I hate it.”

Katie bought the pad in Horsham, West Sussex, in 2014 but has had many problems with the house over the years, including her swimming pool becoming moldy and she claimed her children would wake up screaming after seeing ghosts.

The star tried to recreate her dream home by renovating it on Channel 4’s Mucky Mansion.

But she was served with an eviction notice after he was declared bankrupt for the second time in March.
