Who Is Rachel Fuda's Husband? All About John Fuda

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Rachel Fuda and her husband, John Fuda, are welcoming another child!

The couple, who have been married since 2017, are currently expecting their fourth child. “We’re so excited,” Rachel said during an exclusive interview with PEOPLE in August 2024. “We’re ready to be a six pack!”

John and Rachel are already parents to daughters Gianella and Guiliana, as well as son Jaiden, whom John welcomed during a previous relationship and Rachel later adopted.

Since joining RHONJ in 2023 for season 13, Rachel and John were involved in some drama with their co-stars. While many are Real Housewives shows keep the stars’ partners more in the background, RHONJ heavily involves women’s husbands, and John hasn’t been afraid to get in on the act, from waxing his chest on screen to confronting Teresa Giudice and her husband, Louie Ruelas, at the Season 13 reunion.

So who is Rachel Fud’s husband? Here’s everything you need to know about John Fuda and his relationship with RHONJ star.

During its first season RHONJRachel explained how she and John first met.

“I met John when I was 22. I was his bartender,” she said on the show. “He just sold the pizzeria he owned. He was trying to be a face. Like, you know, I don’t care about your pizzeria, man.”

According to Bravo TV, Rachel also shared a Q&A on her Instagram Story where she revealed that the place they first met was at the 46 Lounge nightclub in Totowa, New Jersey. Although Rachel turned John down several times, she eventually agreed and the couple went on their first date in Hoboken.

Rachel and John tied the knot on January 13, 2017. According to Bravo, their wedding was held at the Florentine Gardens estate in River Vale, New Jersey.

In 2020, Rachel posted a video from their wedding day on Instagram. In the description, she wrote: “I love you more than words can say. My partner in life, the other half of my brain, I appreciate you every day. We have been through the highest highs and the lowest lows and we are so blessed to have been through them all together.”

For their anniversary in 2023, John posted photos from what appeared to be a date night and a video of them watching fireworks. “Celebrated another amazing anniversary!” he wrote in the caption of his post, adding: “I couldn’t ask for a better partner in life. I love you pumpkin.”

They have three children (and are expecting a fourth)

The Fuda litter is growing!

In August 2024, the couple exclusively shared the news of their pregnancy with PEOPLE.

“John and I always felt like our family wasn’t complete,” Rachel said. “We actually have a table in my kitchen and when we sit down for dinner, there’s one empty chair. And we always looked at each other like, ‘Oh, it would be nice to fill that spot.’ So we’ve always had room for one more in our home and in our hearts, and we’re both so happy to welcome another child into the family. It just seemed like the time had come.”

Rachel and John already have three children. Their daughter, Gianella Jolie Fuda, was born on July 16, 2020. Then, on March 3, 2022, they welcomed their second daughter, Giuliana Rose Fuda.

During its first season The Real Housewives of New Jerseyone of Rachel’s stories was her journey to adopt Jaiden—John’s son from a previous relationship. As Rachel explained on the show, she’s been a part of Jaiden’s life since he was a boy.

“I felt my motherly instincts and it was very natural,” Rachel told PEOPLE in November 2023 when she first met Jaiden when he was 3 years old. “I always say I fell in love with Jaiden before I fell in love with John. ”

At the Season 13 reunion, Rachel said the adoption process was over.

John owns his own company

John is the owner of Valet King, a company that provides valet parking and other parking services for commercial and residential buildings. According to Rachel’s Bravo bio, she also works for a Ramsey, New Jersey company.

In addition, John is involved in the family’s tile business, Fuda Tile, also located in Ramsey.

He announced his presence at RHONJ

During its first season RHONJJohn was a perfect fit for Jersey Househusbands. In one memorable moment, Joe Gorga waxed his chest in the middle of a party.

“He almost got third degree burns, I swear to God,” Rachel said on the after show. She then told co-star Melissa Gorga: “Your husband waxed the same skin several times … I was happy though. Because I don’t like chest hair, and I’ve been asking him for it for a long time.”

John got involved in a different way when it came to the Season 13 reunion during which multiple cast members accused Giudice’s husband Ruelas of hiring a private investigator to investigate them. John claimed that Ruelas was looking for information about Jaiden’s mother.

“I have a question. How come Louie and Teresa decided to drag my child’s mother into this? Why did you investigate me?” asked John. During the conversation, Ruelas repeatedly denied that he had hired an investigator to question the actors.

Rachel was diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis (JIA) as a child and continued to go through periods of remission and exacerbation throughout her life. Both of her hips were replaced due to the intense pain she was experiencing, which other treatments did not help.

Speaking to PEOPLE in July 2023 about her “lifelong physical and emotional struggle,” Rachel shared that John has been her source of support. “I rely on John a lot,” she said. “He is so supportive and always there for me. I was lucky enough to find a partner who understands and accepts me despite all my shortcomings.”

In May 2023, John posted on Instagram that he attended the Arthritis Foundation’s Walk to Cure Arthritis with Rachel and Jaiden.

One easy way Rachel and John bond is through their social media videos together, which often poke fun at their marriage.

In a video they both posted on Instagram in August 2023, Rachel was about to go out to run some errands and said, “I’ve got my sunglasses, my keys, my water. Where’s my wallet?” The “wallet” is then revealed to be John, whom she drags towards the door.

Earlier that month, John captioned another fun video, “The Solution for Your Wife Who Wants to Go Shopping … SOLVED.” In the video, Rachel tells him she wants to go shopping after he finishes sweeping, so he starts cleaning the floor with a toothbrush.
