Selling on Netflix is a must-see real estate drama. The OC will launch on August 24th. Fans will also meet South Florida native Sean Palmieri among the new group of realtors. Selling The OC is considered the second spin-off of the great Selling Sunset, which is already a successful Netflix program. The Oppenheim Group is gearing up for even more drama with the opening of its new office in Newport Beach.
Alex Hall, Alexandra Jarvis, Alexandra Rose, Austin Victoria, Brandi Marshall, Gio Helou, Kayla Cardona, Lauren Brito, Polly Brindle and Tyler Stanaland are among the other cast members.
According to the official synopsis of the show:
“It shows three different Alexanders, not one, not two, but three. The Oppenheim Group is expanding its reach from Hollywood to Newport Beach with its second office in the upcoming Selling Sunset spin-off. With a new group of brokers trying to establish themselves, the pressure could be too much for some.”

Sales OC Realtor Sean Palmieri has a degree in advertising.
Sean Palmieri studied advertising before entering the real estate market. He attended The Benjamin School before enrolling at the University of Florida in 2013. After three years, he obtained a B.Sc. in advertising. In 2016, he made his first foray into the real estate industry by joining ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. He collaborated with sales and operations for Zaha Hadid’s One Thousand Museum.
He was the Director of Marketing for one of San Diego’s top luxury teams, as well as the Director of Luxury Marketing for Coldwell Banker Global Luxury in Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles. For two years, he worked as a marketing director at Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty. Sean gained valuable expertise and developed an impeccable ability to manage teams and make sound judgments in the real estate market while working there.
He later moved to Coldwell Banker Global Luxury, where he worked as a luxury product marketing manager. He supported his company’s marketing objectives, top offices and local marketing strategy there. He left the company after about a year and will join the Oppenheim Group in May 2021. Sean has developed outstanding skills on every project and listing he has worked on while working as a luxury real estate agent for a well-known organization.
Other works
Sean has gained extensive experience and knowledge of the real estate industry over the years. He currently represents multi-million dollar luxury homes in Bel-Air, Beverly Hills, Hollywood Hills and Malibu, as well as in Orange County, San Diego and other areas around California.
On his days off from Selling The OC, he enjoys spending time in Malibu and Laguna Beach, cooking his favorite cuisine and traveling abroad to see family and friends. Palmieri’s Instagram shows that he has formed strong friendships with his co-workers and likes to participate in various activities with them. On August 24, viewers will be able to watch all episodes of Selling The OC on Netflix.
