Steve-O is no stranger to taking risks, including his relationship with fiancée Lux Wright.
The entertainer is best known for his role on MTV Fool television series and movies. Next up for the stuntman? Marriage.
In January 2018, Steve-O (born Stephen Glover) got engaged to Lux Wright. The next day, he shared the happy news with a post on Instagram, writing: “Last night, in front of a bunch of my Fool friends, my closest friends, my dad and my sister… she said ‘yes’. ”
This will be Steve-O’s third marriage; he was previously married to Candy-Jane Tucker from 2002 to 2003 and to Brittany McGraw from 2006 to 2008.

She’s from California

Born on May 18, 1987, Luxola Wright grew up in Oceanside, California and now lives in Los Angeles with Steve-O.
In January 2022, she shared a photo of one of the most famous hotels in the city. “Somehow in my 13+ years in LA, I’ve never been to @thehollywoodroosevelt until now,” she wrote.
And because it’s so close to Hollywood, Wright can show up at her fiance’s red carpet events, even if he can’t himself.
“Baby couldn’t attend last night’s premiere, but I followed him on the red carpet so he could see everyone, say hi to everyone, and get some photos,” the stylist captioned a photo of her and Steve-O’s video. talking on Donkey foreverFirst showing in February 2022.

She is the stylist and producer of the set

With a degree in visual communications from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, Wright is a freelance wardrobe stylist and production set designer, according to her website.
“I quickly learned that the production world was exactly where I wanted to be,” Wright said Santa Barbara Life & Style magazine in March 2022 “I found that working in a fast-paced advertising and photography environment pushed me to work at my best and allowed me the creative freedom I was looking for.”
She has worked with some of the biggest names in Hollywood — such as Angelina Jolie, Kendall Jenner, Cher and Will Smith — and has produced ads, commercials and editorial photography for magazines such as Architectural Digest.
The fashionista also brings her sense of style to Depop and runs her own store, @styledbylux.
She met Steve-O through work

Wright first met Steve-O in late 2016 while working with him on a photo shoot. She later said she was impressed by his work ethic and how dedicated he was on set during filming.
During a 2021 episode of her fiance’s podcast. Steve-O’s Wild Ride, Wright said she was the one who made the first move the following week. “I felt like we connected overall on set,” she said, before adding that the pair “kept everything professional.”
“She went into DM,” Steve-O added.
Wright also worked with her fiance on his 2020 comedy special. Gnarly. Not only that appears in the film, but is also credited as an executive producer on the project.
They didn’t kiss for the first month of their relationship

In January 2017, the lovers had their first date at a vegan restaurant in LA. Afterwards, Steve-O walked Wright to her car and kissed her on the cheek. For almost a month, that’s how things were going between them.
“I’ve had a terrible track record with relationships,” the entertainer told Graham Bensinger on his podcast, adding that he wanted to “do things responsibly” with Wright.
Their first kiss happened only a month after their first date. “Right away we didn’t have to step,” Steve-O revealed.
After that milestone, the couple started living together.
They do not plan to have children

During a joint performance at In Depth with Graham Bensinger In 2019, the couple shared that they do not plan to have children.
I never wanted children nor had the desire, Wright told Bensinger.
Steve-O further stated that he worries about having “really troubled offspring”, given his past struggles with drug addiction. “I feel like I’ve ever gotten to the point where I feel like I actually want to take care of another human… adopt or foster.”
“There [are] enough people in need,” Steve-O continued. “Why create more need?”
She is an animal lover

In October 2015, Steve-O was sentenced to 30 days in jail after climbing a 100-foot crane in Hollywood to protest SeaWorld. Like her fiancé, Wright is an avid animal lover.
The couple has already adopted numerous cats, dogs and goats together. In fact, the two plan to open an animal sanctuary in Canada and get married on the property.
“Instead of having kids, we just want to dedicate ourselves to helping animals,” Steve-O revealed Extra in January 2022.
A few months later, Wright posted a photo of their newest rescue dog on Instagram, noting that they had a total of 10 animals.
Steve-O had been planning his proposal for six months

On January 20, 2018, Steve-O popped the question on stage during a taping Gnarly, saying TMJ that the particular comedy “had a lot to do with learning how [be] in a healthy relationship.”
Steve-O also said he spent six months planning the proposal and chose the ring carefully, saying: “It won’t get in the way of her work.”
The next day, Wright announced the news of their engagement on Instagram, writing, “Last night was the absolute best! Can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with you ❤️.”
