The 46-year-old musician, who is currently in the process of divorcing his estranged wife Kelly Yazdi, has listed his luxury lake house in Cumming, Ga. for $3.25 million.

According to the property listing, the 9,448-square-foot home sits on a 0.81-acre lot that backs up to Lake Lanier and a stunning wooded area. It also has seven bedrooms, four full bathrooms and a pool — making it the perfect family home.

More recently, Brown filed for a temporary restraining order against Yazda after she posted a series of Instagram posts in May — including one that appeared to accuse him of “narcissistic abuse.”

Shortly after, she responded to the report on social media, stating that “he won’t shut her up.”
