Zoë Saldaña spends some time with her family.
The Guardians of the Galaxy the star (45) shared a post on Instagram on Friday in which she highlighted various moments from her life that she recently spent with her husband Marc Perega and their three children: twins Cy and Bowie (9) and Zena (7).
The clip begins by showing Saldaña and Perego cheering, before transitioning to some sweet selfies of the actress with her three sons, all set to the tune of Frank Ocean’s “Lost.”
Other moments in the clip show Saldaña and her children smiling during sunrise on the beach and relaxing in bed together.

Saldaña also included some cute date moments with her husband in her video, including a clip of them kissing at the table.
Saldaña’s two sisters, Cisely Saldaña and Mariel Saldaña Nazario, were also featured, along with their own children.
“Lost, lost lost…. In the best places, with the best people. Always lost…. Amen!,” Saldaña captioned the video along with a slew of emojis, including a butterfly, sunflower, rainbow, lucky clover and a clock.

The actress previously spoke to PEOPLE in October about the pressures of parenthood, noting that work is “the most wonderful thing, but it’s real.”
“We’re here to set very big tones in their lives about how to be, how to respond, how to regulate, how to fix, how to heal, how to stand up for themselves,” she said. “So they’re constantly going to mirror what you’re doing, knowing you’re being watched the whole time. It definitely makes you a lot more observant than you’ve ever been in your entire life.”

Saldaña also explained that she feels it is important for her and her husband to teach their three sons to “respect” and “celebrate” women as well as to “respect themselves” and “also celebrate their feminine selves.”

“We are very strict with our boys in the same way we are strict with women. And boys are encouraged to be strong and suppress their emotions,” she said. “And then when you learn to do that for so long, you become completely ostracized from your feelings,”
“We definitely understood the tasks and accepted them knowing that we are raising boys at a time when women’s movements are so important,” Saldaña added.
