Al Pacino’s Girlfriend Noor Alfallah Files for Physical Custody of Their Baby Roman: Reports

Al Pacino’s girlfriend Noor Alfallah has filed for physical custody of their son Roman, according to multiple reports.

In legal documents obtained by PEOPLE, Alfallah, 29, is asking that Pacino, 83, have “reasonable visitation” with their three-month-old baby.

Alfallah, a producer who graduated from the University of Southern California’s Artagrees Film School, also reportedly asked the Oscar winner for joint legal custody, which would allow him to be involved in major decisions regarding their baby, including treatment and education.

The specified amount for alimony was not specified in the initial filing, according to The Blastbut under California law, each parent’s income must be determined before child support is determined.

Alfallah is also reportedly asking the court House of Gucci star to pay his legal fees and all costs related to the case.

According to reports, both parties signed a voluntary declaration of parentage (or paternity) six days before the birth of baby Roman. A VDOP is “a state form that two parents can sign to establish a legal parent-child relationship between the child and the parent” and “is often signed at the hospital when the child is born, but can be signed later,” according to California Courts. The document was signed by Pacino and a third-party witness.

On Wednesday, Pacino and Alfallah were seen having dinner at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles with another couple, a source told PEOPLE. The couple arrived together and enjoyed dinner next to each other, the source added.

Alfallah has been linked to Pacino since April 2022. The couple first sparked romance rumors when they were photographed going out to dinner together. Last year, multiple sources said Page six that the couple has actually been walking quietly since the pandemic.

The Godfather the actor’s rep confirmed to PEOPLE that the couple is expecting their first baby together in May — marking baby No. 4 for the actor and first for Alfallah.

The native New Yorker shares daughter Julie Marie, 33, with his ex-girlfriend, acting coach Jan Tarrant. He also shares 22-year-old twins Anton and Olivia with ex Beverly D’Angelo, whom he dated from 1997-2003.
