McManus, a spa therapist and actor, admitted assaulting the couple at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on December 15
Last month he admitted assaulting a waiter and waitress during a Sunday dinner at a posh Edinburgh seafood and champagne restaurant.
Baffled staff say he flew into a rage when asked to keep the noise down after drinking two bottles of wine with a friend.
Exclusive CCTV footage obtained by The Sun shows McManus violently attacking the 62-year-old waiter at the door of The Ship On The Shore fish restaurant in Leith just before 8pm on May 7.
The footage shows him being dragged away from the waiter before he launched a second attack on the waitress less than 30 seconds later by grabbing her by the hair and dragging her to the floor.

McManus, a spa therapist and actor, admitted assaulting the couple at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on December 15.
On the first day of the trial, he pleaded guilty to two assault charges – denying assaulting them since his first court appearance in June.
He was fined £470 and ordered to pay the waitress £600 compensation – which a source said was “unbelievable”.
A source said: “John swore a lot and used the F word – they were sitting next to a table with young children and it wasn’t appropriate.
“The waiter came over and asked them to keep the noise down.
“He walked away and John started insulting him with the rest of the wait staff – saying he wouldn’t leave the restaurant unless he ‘did’ something for him.”
After they finished their drinks, McManus got up to leave, but on the way out he “got in the waiter’s face and called him an a**t*,” according to the source.
They added: “The fight moved outside and John grabbed the waiter’s tie and began punching him as he stood bent over, unable to defend himself.
“A member of staff went outside to see what was going on, she didn’t even say anything to him and McManus grabbed her by the hair and pulled her to the ground.”
The customers called the police, who quickly arrived and arrested McManus.
“It’s clear as day on the CCTV who the aggressor is,” said the source.
The staff member suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder and was so “emotionally damaged” by the incident that she had to leave her job.
The friend said she enrolled in self-defense classes after the “confidence-shattering” attack.
They said: “After the attack she was afraid to leave the house and cried non-stop for three days. Nothing can prepare you for something like this.
“She has a constant headache which her GP says is a symptom of PTSD. The headaches make it hard to go to work.
“She is currently undergoing therapy and is worried that she will have to leave the hospitality industry.
“She loves her job, but it makes it difficult for him to continue.
“I can’t believe he’s only been fined £1,070 – that’s nothing for someone his size.
“The compensation he had to pay will barely cover the therapy fees she had to have because of his actions.”
During the first season of the hit BBC series, McManus was criticized for telling fellow Faithful Aaron why he had left the room during a tense round table discussion.
He was eventually “killed” by the show’s Traitors, Wilfred Webster, Alyssa Chan and Amanda Lovett.
McManus recently accused producers of editing his scenes to portray him as the villain, commenting: “Look at Nasty Nick on Big Brother, there’s always got to be someone”.
He is represented by talent agency CDM and previously had small roles in EastEnders, Taggart, Taboo and the 2019 BBC miniseries Les Misérables.
He recently appeared as a clown on CBBC’s Lagging – with the episode airing just two weeks before he pleaded guilty to the attacks.
Representatives for McManus have been contacted for comment.
