Along the way to Stormveil Castle, Elden Ring Tainted will meet a young woman named Roderica. She will be sitting in the ruins of Storm Mountain Lodge, near the site’s Grace Site. Players can speak to her multiple times to hear her backstory and receive Soul Jellyfish Ash, a summonable ally that can be summoned once players receive Lanny’s Summoning Soul Bell in the Church of Elle. Roderica will also ask the Defiler to “deliver a message to the Chrysalis in Stormveil Castle…”.
In order to complete Roderica’s quest and complete her questline, Elden Ring Players must enter Stormveil Castle and find a key item called the Chrysalis Memento. To obtain this item, the Defiler must find a way to gain access to the castle’s walls, which can be accomplished by asking Gatekeeper Gorstock to open the gate or by sneaking through an opening in the western outer wall. Once players reach the Rampart Tower (the Grace site on level seven), they will find an elevator nearby.This elevator will lead them to an area with a grafted scion boss Elden Ring.
It’s up to the Defiler to face the Graft in combat, but those seeking only souvenirs of the Chrysalis must enter the entrance to the right. Inside the room, players will encounter a gruesome pile of corpses guarded by two rabid dogs. After defeating the Zombie Dog, players can loot the pile of corpses to obtain quest items. Return to Storm Mountain Lodge and give Chrysalis’s Memento to Roderica. After some conversation, she will reveal her decision to make the Roundtable Center her new home.
How to Help Roderica in Elden Ring
Next, head to the Round Table Hall to meet Roderica by the fireplace.She will reward the Defiler’s help with golden seeds Elden Ring. After the conversation, talk to Master Smith Sugar, the blacksmith in the next room. Open the conversation menu and select “About Roderica”. Hewg will share his thoughts on the fortress’s new guests, after which the player must return to Roderica. Repeat the back-and-forth conversation one more time between the two to unlock the “Spy on Roderica” conversation option with the blacksmith.
After refreshing the area via fast travel, Roderica will no longer be standing next to the fireplace. Instead, Tarnished will find her sitting next to the blacksmith, becoming the player’s new soul tuner. This event ends Rodrika’s questline. However, if players revisit the Relic Pile within Stormveil Castle, they will find Roderica’s Crimson Hood in place of the Chrysalis’ Memento key item. Elden Ring.
