THIS is the horrific moment an XL Bully dog tortured a little girl before mowing down a man in a rampage as terrified crowds fled the area.
Disturbing video has been shared on social media and shows the out-of-control beast attacking the 11-year-old victim in Bordesley Green, Birmingham.

The video, which appears to have been taken from the top floor of the bus and was posted on TikTok, initially focuses on the animal running wild on the girl’s arm.
After a man in a green tank top manages to remove a fang from a screaming girl, she can be seen running into a local greengrocer for safety with an injured forearm.
The dog was briefly held by a man on the floor, but then he ran away and set his sights on another male wearing a white t-shirt, bum bag and shorts.
As he tried to flee the area, the dog chased him across the road into the filling area of the Texaco gas station, causing him to overturn.

The dog sinks its jaws into the man’s back as he desperately tries to pull it off before a bystander hits the mutt with a shovel and others try to stop the attack.
Police said they have spoken with the dog’s owner and that he is currently in secure kennels while the incident is investigated.
The girl and two men were transported to the hospital for treatment of their injuries.
“Craziest thing me and my family just witnessed,” Nasir Uddin posted on Facebook.
“A little girl was bitten by a brown dog and locked up. Several people were trying to free the dog on Bordesley Green Road. As I approached the dog with a stick I had in my car, it released the girl.
“Then it went after another boy. My little girl and my wife were screaming. I hope the little girl and boy are okay and they got treatment and the dog was caught and dealt with.
“Why do people walk these dogs off leash knowing their reputation?”
The full statement from West Midlands Police read: “We are investigating after three people were bitten by a dog in Birmingham yesterday (September 9).
“An 11-year-old girl ran past the dog as it was being walked by its owner in Bordesley Green, when she was bitten.
“Two men intervened, but were bitten and left with shoulder and arm injuries.
What is XL bully?
The American Bully was recognized as a breed by the US United Kennel Club in 2013.
They call it a “natural extension” of the better-known American pit bull terrier.
These muscular dogs are crossbred with other breeds, including English Bulldogs, Old English Bulldogs, and American Bulldogs.
XL refers to the dog size category, of which there are four: pocket, standard, classic and XL.
XL are usually about 33-50 cm tall and weigh 20-60 kg.
“They were taken to the hospital for treatment for their injuries.
“The dog was first taken to a local vet for a checkup before being taken to secure kennels while the investigation continues.
“The police spoke to the owner of the dog.
“Anyone with information has been asked to come forward via Live Chat quoting log 3245 of September 9.”
It comes after shocking figures revealed the breed was involved in the majority of fatal dog attacks in the UK since 2021.
Despite this, the breed is not subject to any bans under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 and it is legal to own one in the UK.
MPs recently called for the American Bully XL to become the fifth breed to be added to the UK’s banned breed list.

Jonathan Hogg was mauled to death by American Bully XL as he was “just sitting” in Greater Manchester after the beast “turned on him”.
Ian Symes, 34, died from “catastrophic” neck injuries after being mauled by a 52kg XL Bully dog bought from a passenger on Snapchat.
Known to friends as “Wiggy”, he died at a recreation ground in Fareham, Hampshire, following the savage attack on August 10 last year.
