The first was on Saturday in New York, while the second was in Columbia, Maryland on Sunday.

But today Chappell left thousands of fans disappointed when she announced she would not be able to perform,

She wrote on her social media: “Apologies to the people who have been waiting to see me in NYC & DC this weekend at All Things Go, but I can’t perform.

“Things have gotten overwhelming in the past few weeks and I can really feel it.

“Right now I feel pressure to prioritize many things and I need a few days to prioritize my health. I want to be present when I perform and give the best possible performances. Thank you for your understanding.”

She captioned her post: “Be back soon xox”

This is not the first time Chappell has canceled shows recently.

She upset European fans when she pulled out of shows in Paris and Amsterdam at the last minute, and also rescheduled one in Berlin.

At the time, she blamed scheduling conflicts.

However, her latest cancellations come after Chappell went on a TikTok rant after receiving backlash for not endorsing presidential candidate Kamala Harris.

Chappell Roan caught ‘yelling’ on VMAs red carpet as fans criticize singer for ‘always complaining’ and ‘being mean’.

In a recent interview with The Guardian, she refused to endorse either Donald Trump or Kamala, saying “there are problems on both sides”.

After being criticized for her comment, Chappell took to TikTok to vent her anger.

She got angry: “Hear it from my mouth, if you’re still wondering. No, I’m not voting for Trump.

“And yes, I will always question those in power and those who make decisions in relation to other people, and I will stand up for what is right and what I believe in, and that is always at the forefront of my project.”

Despite charting high in recent months, Chappell has come under fire for some of the things she’s said while in the spotlight.

While her fans love her outspoken, empowered take on things, some of her detractors have labeled her entitled.

She drew some criticism when she took to social media to attack fans who invaded her privacy.

Chappell, whose real name is Kayleigh Rose Amstutz, said in a tiktok video that she doesn’t believe her fame means people can demand selfies or hugs from her.

She said: “I don’t care that abuse and harassment, stalking, whatever, is a normal thing for people who are famous or not famous, whatever. ‘I don’t care that it’s normal. I don’t care that this crazy type of behavior it comes with the job, the career field I’ve chosen.
