Jonathan Majors Seen Breaking Up Brawl Between 2 High School Students in New Video

Jonathan Majors stopped a heated fight between two high school students Monday afternoon.

The incident, captured on video obtained by TMZ, happened outside Hollywood High School while Majors, 34, was getting lunch at the In-N-Out across the street from the outlet. In the video, the two female students appear to attack each other before Majors steps between them and pulls them apart.

The Ant Man and the Wasp: Quantumania the actor spoke to TMZ cameras later that day, according to the outlet, and said his message to the students after the incident was to “Keep your cool.” When asked if he was “just trying to be helpful,” he replied, “Yes,” and confirmed that he did not know the two people involved.

The video comes days after Majors’ criminal trial stemming from misdemeanor assault and harassment charges was postponed for a second time. The Marvel star made a virtual appearance before Judge Rachel S. Pauley in Manhattan Criminal Court on Wednesday, where a new trial date for Majors was set for Friday.

According to Deadline, the decision came after Majors’ attorneys said the two sides needed to further address “gaps” in the discovery process. Majors was arrested in March after an alleged domestic dispute with a 30-year-old girl.

At the time of his arrest, the NYPD told PEOPLE in a statement that “a preliminary investigation determined that a 33-year-old man was involved in a domestic dispute with a 30-year-old girl. They added in their statement that “the victim notified police that she had been assaulted. ”

“Officers took the 33-year-old man into custody without incident,” the statement continued. “The victim suffered minor head and neck injuries and was taken to an area hospital in stable condition.”

In response to the allegations, a rep for Majors told PEOPLE, “He did nothing wrong. We look forward to clearing our name and clearing this up.”
