KATIE Price has missed another court date which has left a judge “concerned” as she faces paying back nearly £40,000 she earned on TikTok.
The former glamor girl is struggling with an unpaid tax bill of £760,000 after going bankrupt for the second time in March.

This morning’s hearing revealed that Price earned almost £95,000 from TikTok between March and May this year.
Attorney Darragh Connell requested an order to freeze Price’s income from TikTok.
It also calls for the reality star to be required to pay trustees 40 percent of the video’s earnings.
The suspension was granted by Judge Catherine Burton, who noted she was “concerned” after Price failed to attend.
She ordered Price’s income from the social media app to be frozen while an investigation into the amount continues.
Judge Burton said: “The third respondent does not appear to be attending today’s hearing.
“However, the proposed draft of the order provides that she can apply to the court to modify or annul this order within seven days of service.
“Having been satisfied on the evidence previously seen that it is appropriate for the court to divert a percentage of Mrs Price’s income from payments to her trustees, I consider this to be an appropriate order for the court.”
The hearing was adjourned and Price was next due to appear at the High Court’s Rolls building on August 27 for “public examination”.
Katie, 46, was already in trouble after she skipped a preliminary hearing on July 30 and instead flew to Turkey for surgery.
Katie Price was ARRESTED at Heathrow Airport after being spotted in the back of a police van after leaving court for a break
When she returned to Heathrow Airport, she was detained by officers who were executing an arrest warrant.
After she was assigned a second trial date, Judge Schaffer told her, “You have to come on that date, no ifs or buts, no holidays, no going abroad, you have to come on that date.”
The judge then warned Katie that she faced a repeat theft if she did not comply.
She confirmed that she understood she had to go, later adding, “I’m going to move my diary for that.”

Judge Schaffer also quashed an arrest warrant issued against her on July 30 by another judge after she failed to appear for a preliminary hearing.
During the hearing, Katie was also convicted by a judge over claims she was charged £50,000 for legal advice.
She said she wanted to attend the next hearing remotely, saying: “I’m having a hard time in court. I’ve been judged by another high court.”
Judge Schaffer told her that she had to file for it and that she should seek legal advice.
Price replied: “With legal advice, I tried to get legal advice but I was charged £50,000 up front.
“Now in bankruptcy at this point, bankruptcy takes 40 percent.
“It’s hard for me to do that. I can’t even get legal help because I’m making money.”
The judge told her she simply needed a lawyer who should not cost more than £500.
Then he snapped, “This is a discrete application. It doesn’t require Einstein.”
Judge Catherine Burton previously said Price had failed to make court-ordered payments.
She was ordered to pay a lump sum of £25,000 followed by monthly installments of £12,500.
Judge Burton said: “They were given no funds or explanation. She agreed to pay and she didn’t.
“She remains immediately liable to pay £25,000.”
