Kim Zolciak-Biermann called the police on her estranged husband Kroy Biermann back in April after he allegedly stole her phone and locked himself in her room, according to a 911 call and police body cam footage obtained by TMZ.
Former The Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 46, called 911 on April 26 to report that Kroy, 38, allegedly violated a December 2023 court order requiring everyone to stay on different sides of the house.
“He broke into my nanny’s room and went through my whole phone,” Kim told the dispatcher. “He locked himself in the room going through all my things. He took everything from my nanny’s apartment. He broke in while I was in there.”
“He screams and yells all night… I feel so hurt. Going through my phone is crazy… I have nothing to hide. I have no privacy. I’m tired of living like this,” she continued, her voice cracking with emotion.
Kim told the dispatcher there were no weapons and no one needed medical attention, but said, “I don’t know what they’re going to do,” when the dispatcher asked her if she was in danger.

Body camera footage showed at least three Milton Police officers visiting the home after the call.
“This is absolutely absurd to have to deal with this nonsense. I deal with it every day. Screaming all day. Yelling all day. Losing my mind all day. Taking my stuff. Just, enough is enough,” she told the officers personally.
Another body camera footage from the same evening showed officers knocking on the door of the nanny’s apartment and asking Kroy where the phone was.
“I don’t have a phone,” Kroy repeated through the closed door. He never left the nanny suite. The body camera footage ends at that point and it is unclear what happened next.

PEOPLE has reached out to Kim’s rep. PEOPLE could not immediately reach a representative for Kroy.
Kim and Kroy first met in May 2010 during an event filmed for The Real Housewives of Atlanta, in which Kim starred as an original cast member.
They married in November 2011 and welcomed four children together: Kroy “KJ” Jagger Jr., Kash, and twins Kaiu Rose and Kane Reno. Kroy also legally adopted Kim’s two older daughters from a previous relationship, Brielle and Ariana. Their blended family life was chronicled in the Bravo spinoff series Don’t be late.

Kim and Kroy filed for divorce in May 2023. However, they decided to call it quits in July after reportedly “getting along” and “trying to make it work for the kids.” Then in August 2023, Kroy filed for divorce for the second time.
During the April incident, Kim told officers she was in the middle of a “terrible divorce.”
