A lawyer for one of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ accusers says she was contacted about an alleged pornographic video featuring Combs and someone “higher profile” than the music mogul, who she said did not appear to be “an active participant in the video.”
Ariel Mitchell-Kidd — the attorney representing the woman who claims Combs, now 54, sexually assaulted her in 2018 — revealed in a new interview with NewsNation that she was separately “contacted by someone who wanted me to basically represent them.” for sale a pornographic tape with Combs, which she “rejected”.
“There had already been footage leaked around Hollywood that was being bought to individuals in Hollywood, but a certain person contacted me to buy a certain video that they had and to contact the person who was in the video to see if they were interested in buying the video before it became known to the public,” Mitchell-Kidd said Banfield on Friday 27.09.
According to NewsNation, Mitchell-Kidd is representing a woman who claims Combs allegedly sexually assaulted her with an inanimate object and instructed another man to sexually assault her before she fled.
The lawyer said she would “file a lawsuit within a week.”

As for the alleged pornographic tape, after reporter Laura Ingle asked her to clarify, the attorney said it was a “catch and kill” situation and that she “cannot explain” who the other person in the video was, describing the person as “more prominent” than Combs.
“I’ve seen photos of the video, okay, so you can confirm that it exists, that it’s real, that the other person in the video is very visible,” she said. “It is not in doubt that this is the person on the video and I can say that the video was pornographic in nature.”
Mitchell-Kidd also claimed that the video was allegedly filmed at a former house in Atlanta that belonged to Combs.
“And it really doesn’t seem like the person is looking at the video,” she said. “So it doesn’t seem to me that the person knows they’re being filmed. It doesn’t seem like they are [an] an active participant in the video recording, as if they were secretly being filmed.”

The Bad Boy Records founder was charged on September 17th with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation for prostitution and has since pleaded not guilty to all counts.
In the indictment, prosecutors accuse Combs of organizing “freaks,” which they describe as sex shows in which women are allegedly forced into acts with male sex workers, sometimes for days at a time.
Federal raids on Combs’ Los Angeles and Miami homes in March led investigators to the discovery of “1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant” — items considered “paraphernalia of insanity.”
Marc Agnifilo, Combs’ attorney, revealed in a recent interview with TMZ that Combs wants to testify. “I don’t know if I could keep him out of the stands,” Agnifilo said. “I think he’s very anxious to tell his story.”
Combs, who is being held at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, is due in court in early October.
