Love Island USA's Kaylor Martin Reveals Aaron Evans Blocked Her Family on Social Media: 'It's Semi-Funny' (Exclusive)

Kaylor Martin reveals how he stands with Aaron Evans after Island of love USA reunion.

The reality star, 22, gave PEOPLE an update on her now-ex-boyfriend at the Boohoo Collective party in West Hollywood, Calif., on Thursday, August 29. Speaking to Liv Walker, the two insisted that Aaron is not in a position for good.

“We’re out of the way,” Kaylor says, adding, “Here’s tea with Aaron. He blocked all my best friends on Instagram, including my best friend [from my] hometown — my best friends I’ve had for years. I don’t even know how he found them.”

“My little sister, who is 12 years old, is blocked on Instagram,” she continues.

Liv adds that Aaron also blocked her on TikTok, laughing that “the fact that we got to him so badly is kind of funny.”

Kaylor also reveals that fans only saw a small part of her confrontation with Aaron on Island of love USA reunion, which aired on August 19. After that, she says, she realized that he had removed everyone she knew from his social networks.

“You saw a little clip, but I was very harsh with him at the reunion,” she explains. “But he also planted a bomb on me, so it was deserved.”

The bombshell Kaylor was referring to was Aaron’s admission that he and his fellow islander Daniela Ortiz-Rivera had a more intimate relationship than he told Kaylor during the Casa Amor episodes.

I lied to Kaylor, straight up, he said in the reunion episode. “I didn’t tell her the whole truth. I put my hands down Daniela’s pants. I kissed her, fondled her. We had a lot of romantic relationships.”

“What?!” Kaylor interjected before going after her ex-boyfriend. “Why didn’t you tell me that two days ago when I asked you in our hotel room? Why? Be honest with me and look me in the eye when you say it.”

She continued, “I’m tired of the fucking excuses. Take responsibility and be a man. I just saw you for the last three fucking days in New York and you didn’t say that to me once. Why would you do that to me?

She added that he “wasted” her summer and that she no longer wanted to “have anything” with him.

“I never want to talk to you again,” she said. “You’re disgusting. And I don’t deserve it. And you know what? I walked into the mansion so confident and you beat me, beat me down, beat me up and left me with another girl. You don’t deserve me at all.

At the Boohoo event, Kaylor praised Liv for being there for her during and after the show, saying, “we’re like yin and yang.” Liv shared the sentiment, talking about Kaylor helped encourage her to put herself out there with the boys.

“I’m kind of like a hard-boiled egg and it takes me a long time to crack, to open up,” says Liv. “And this one would be like, ‘Go talk to him, say this,’ and then I was there for her.”

“We share one brain cell,” jokes Kaylor.
