Nina Dobrev Bounces Out of Her Seat During Surprise Turbulence on Private Jet with Boyfriend Shaun White

Nina Dobrev experienced some surprising turbulence during a recent ride on a private jet — and her boyfriend Shaun White caught it all on camera!

On Monday, the retired professional snowboarder, 37, shared a series of photos and videos from his trip to Switzerland with Love Hard actress. In the final clip of the Instagram post, White pokes fun at Dobrev’s reaction to the sudden turbulence.

In the video, Dobrev, 35, holds her phone up to the window to record when the plane hits a bump. She continues filming with a shocked look on her face, but is immediately interrupted as the plane begins to shake even more.

White isn’t the only one who found Dobrev’s reaction funny.

In response to a comment that read: “Nina wasn’t very happy with that last clip🤣😅,” the Olympic gold medalist replied, “hahaha when fun isn’t fun anymore…”

He dropped three crying and laughing emojis below another user’s comment: “Shaun laughing on the last slide.” White also agreed that the plane ride was “wild” in response to a different comment.

However, a little turbulence isn’t enough to stop Dobrev and White from traveling. In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE in May, White revealed how much he loves traveling with his girlfriend of four years.

“My girlfriend, Nina, she’s probably the only person I’ve met who has traveled more than me,” he said. “She really is such a great traveling companion, and we’ve been traveling to so many places recently.”

From Antarctica to Indonesia, White is always ready to pack his bags and jet off to his next destination with Dobrev.

We have dates every week and we take turns [planning]”, she shared. “So one week I’ll plan it and he won’t have a clue what we’re doing so it’s a surprise for him. And then next week they will plan and it will be a complete surprise to me. And we do that every week.”
