Octavia Spencer plans to put her newly learned life hack to good use this holiday season.
The Oscar winner, 53, recently watched a video demonstrating an easy way to make French toast for a large group of people. “You just put a loaf of bread in a bread pan,” she tells PEOPLE. “I’ll use it for Thanksgiving if I have a lot of people over. I don’t cook at all, so when you show me something that’s in one pan, I feel like Ina Garten.”
Spencer, who executive produced two new ID Network shows, a three-part true-crime documentary The lost women from Highway 20 and the FBI series FEDSspoke to PEOPLE about One Last Thing:

A final moment of self-care: a nice warm bath and lots of, dare I say, red wine. Sometimes you have to let the water out and put in more hot water because you’ve been inside too long.
Last time I stayed up too late: Because of the Halloween season, I watched all the horror classics for several nights and stayed up until 5 am. I had to wait until the first sunrise because I was terrified.
Last wardrobe malfunction. Just a moment ago, things could have gotten really lavish. I felt the breeze and realized I hadn’t zipped my pants. I kept thinking, “What’s going on on?”

Last irrational fear: A few days ago I walked into a spider’s web. And then you know that a spider is following you all day. Every movement of your hair is like, “I knew it!”
All three parts The lost women from Highway 20 premiere consecutively on November 5 starting at 21/20c on ID. FEDS now airing on ID, with new episodes premiering every week.
