Ryan McLeod doesn’t have a wife, but he is now seeing Alexie Andlauer. The young couple’s Instagram account is secret, and the NHL has not said anything about their relationship. Although Ryan hasn’t revealed much about his girlfriend, Alexie has been seen hanging out with the wives and girlfriends of other Edmonton Oilers players.
Over the holidays, Alexie was seen with Ryan’s teammate Connor McDavid’s wife, Lauren Kyle. She is also the daughter of Michael Andlauer, a Canadian billionaire and owner of the Ottawa Senators. Michael and Matthew, older brothers of the Edmonton Oilers, play hockey. Michael, who plays for the New Jersey Devils, was placed on an indefinite leave of absence, along with teammate Cal Foote. The two are said to be involved in an ongoing sexual assault investigation as of 2018. Alex Formenton, Carter Hart and Dillon Dube are believed to be the other three players involved.
Ryan McLeod Wife: Is He Married To His Girlfriend Alexie Andlauer?
Edmonton Oilers player Ryan McLeod is not married to his girlfriend Alexie Andlauer. The two have kept their Instagram accounts private, which is why nothing can be known about their love relationship. Last year, the couple dressed up as Shark Boy and Lava Girl for Halloween. The Oilers Nation Instagram account posted the video.
Previously, a comment on Reddit revealed that Ryan and Alexie were dating before Ryan was drafted to the NHL. In 2022, Alexie was seen with Lauren Kyle, the fiancee and future wife of Connor McDavid. Lauren hosted a Christmas party at her and McDavid’s home in Edmonton last month. Alexie and many other wives and girlfriends of Edmonton Oilers players were invited to the pleasant occasion.
Meet Alexie and her family
Alexie Andlauer, Ryan’s girlfriend, graduated from Parsons School of Design. She graduated with a degree in business administration in 2021. Since then, she has been working as a manager of e-commerce operations at Tamara Mellon. Only a few NHL fans may know that Alexie is the daughter of a millionaire. Her father, Michael Andlauer, is a logistics tycoon who bought 90% of the Ottawa Senators last year. He paid $950 million to buy the NHL franchise from the family of former owner Eugene Melnyk. After Eugene died, his daughters received 10% of his fortune.
Michael Andlauer was born in France but raised in Montreal, and spent more than 30 years leading healthcare-focused logistics businesses in Canada. In 2004 he invested in the Hamilton Bulldogs and then in 2009 joined Geoff Molson’s group to invest in the Montreal Canadiens. Michael eventually sold the Bulldogs to the Canadiens. Michael and his wife Lucie have two older children named Michael and Matthew, in addition to Alexia.
Ryan Mcleod’s family enjoys hockey
Ryan McLeod grew up in a family of hockey fans. McLeod was only 18 months old when he started ice skating. He hoped to follow in the footsteps of his two older brothers, Matthew and Michael. Ryan McLeod, Richard and Juda’s youngest son, developed an interest in the game at a young age. In an interview, Richard said that sometimes Ryan would not participate in the show and would walk around with a big smile and a cane in hand.
Ryan’s first coach was his father. Richard showed Ryan how to do C-sections and how important they are to completing his stride. Judi also participated in her son’s hockey training. When Ryan was two years old, she would take him to skating lessons with his mother. Judi is a high school teacher by profession, while Richard works in drug sales and marketing.
Richard founded McLeod Hockey Enterprises last year and now serves as Business Unit Director CV at AstraZeneca. Ryan’s older brother, Matthew, attended Canisius College and played hockey for four seasons. The center currently plays for the Belfast Giants in the EIHL. His other brother, Michael McLeod, was drafted by the New Jersey Devils in 2016 and signed a one-year, $1.4 million deal with the team last season.
