Taylor Swift Changes into Sparkly Spaghetti Strap Grammys Afterparty Dress for Celebration with Friends

Taylor Swift celebrated winning the 2024 Grammy Awards in style — and literally made the whole place sparkle.

For the after party, the 34-year-old singer-songwriter changed into a shimmering, gold and sheer spaghetti strap dress from Valentino’s Summer 2024 collection. Video shot by Swift on xformerly known as Twitter, shows the 14-time Grammy winner in a glittery design sharing a sweet hug with Ed Sheeran, 32.

In the video, Swift also appears to have left her hair styled the same way she wore it at the main event (aside from the messy braid running through it.)

Swift’s outfit change followed an emotional night for the artist.

Earlier in the evening, Swift – wearing a strapless Schiaparelli dress with a thigh-high slit, black opera gloves and a few statement accessories – announced that she is releasing her eleventh studio album. The surprise came during her acceptance speech for Best Pop Vocal Album for Midnight.

During the speech, Swift thanked her fans for supporting her tenth album, Midnightand said she wants to repay them by telling them a secret she’s been keeping for two years: details about her brand new album.

Immediately after she left the stage, her social media accounts shared more information about the upcoming release, including the cover art, title Department for Tortured Poets, and the slogan, “All’s fair in love and poetry.”

The exciting news comes just hours after Swift sent fans into a frenzy by changing her social media profile pictures to black and white, leading many Swifties to believe she’s ready to announce her comeback Reputation (Taylor’s Version). Her website also crashed just before the Grammys, with a mysterious error code that included the text hneriergrd, which fans deciphered to mean “red herring.”

Swift revealed that the new album is due out on April 19, 2024. The release comes right in the middle of Swift’s successful Eras Tour, where she takes fans through her extensive music catalog. However, it’s unclear how Swift’s new album will affect that list.
