Lana Del Rey was linked to a new man: Jeremy Dufrene, a ship captain from Louisiana.
Del Rey and Dufrene have known each other for several years, and the “Summertime Sadness” singer posted pictures with the captain on Facebook back in 2019 after one of his wilderness tours.
In August 2024, a TikTok user shared a short video of the singer walking hand-in-hand with Dufrene at a music festival. Earlier this month, a Reddit user snapped a photo of the two having lunch together in London.
A few days later, Del Rey responded to an Instagram post about their alleged relationship that originally asked in the caption, “What do you think about this developing relationship? Are these new details worrying you?”
In the comment on the post, she simply wrote “no”.

Dufrene is a captain in an airship tour company

Dufrene is an airboat captain at Arthur’s Airboat Tours in Louisiana. As captain, he guides tourists through the marshes and swamps, offering an intimate experience with local wildlife, including alligators, egrets, egrets and more than 300 species of birds, the company notes.
According to his biography, Dufrene previously worked in a chemical plant, but found his true calling as an airboat captain.
“He quickly realized that it suited him very well and never considered returning to his previous career in the factory,” according to his biography.
He is the father
In addition to working as an airboat captain, Dufrene is also a father. He has two daughters and a son from his previous relationship.

Del Rey and Dufrene have known each other for several years. In 2019, the singer posted photos on Facebook from an airboat tour she took with Dufrene, jokingly captioning one of the pictures, “Jeremy lemme be the captain of Arthur’s Air Boat Tours.”
The photos show Del Rey on tour with friends, including one shot of Dufrene helping her steer the boat.

Dufrene’s airship tours have attracted the attention of not only Del Rey, but other celebrities as well. In 2015, Glen Powell posted a photo on Instagram of himself and Dufrene on an airboat.
The playful caption read: “J-Bone and G-Trash. We’re both single and ready to hang out. Find us at the swamp or the neighborhood Daiquiris To-Go place or on Craigslist Personals. Sorry for the fun. (Not sorry).”

They were spotted holding hands at a music festival in August 2024
Del Rey and what appears to be Dufrene were captured by a TikToker walking hand-in-hand at a festival in Leeds, England in August 2024, where the singer was a headliner. The two were spotted on August 25, the same day Del Rey performed her final set at the festival.
