Four months earlier, Kelley was arrested in Alabama on April 5 on charges of indecent exposure and obstructing government operations, according to local news outlet AL.com.

A week later, on April 11, Kelley received another charge. She allegedly exposed her “breast and lower body” on a busy highway in Alabama and was charged with solicitation of prostitution. Her bail was set at $2,000, before it was increased to $2,500 on April 17.

Kelley’s solicitation of prostitution charge was dismissed and the indecent exposure charge was reduced to public lewdness, according to Daily news.

Local news outlet WSFA reported that she pleaded guilty to both remaining charges of public lewdness and obstructing government operations. The ex-defendant ordered her to pay $200 with a suspended sentence of 90 days in jail. The second charge earned her 60 days in jail. She was released on May 23.
