Jana Kramer Celebrates Her First Thanksgiving with Newborn Son Roman: ‘Beyond Thankful’

Jana Kramer celebrates her first Thanksgiving with her newborn son.

The country singer and actress, 39, shared a selection of posts on her Instagram Story on Thursday highlighting her Thanksgiving festivities, which included newborn son Roman James and her fiance Allan Russell.

In one video shared, Kramer noted that her family was in town for a visit, while another video showed Russell preparing their Thanksgiving feast.

“First Thanksgiving 🦃❤️,” Kramer, who is also mom to two older children — son Jace, 4, and daughter Jolie, 7 — with ex Mike Caussino, captioned a picture of herself relaxing as Russell held their newborn son.

In a post shared on her feed, One Tree Hill alum included some family photos and wrote in her caption, “I’m so thankful for my family, our newest addition, my friends and all of you ♥️. I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoy the season you’re in because they are new right there in the corner. Xx.”

Jana Kramer praised her fiance Allan Russell after welcoming her son Roman: ‘The man who supports her the most’

Also Thursday, Caussin, 36, shared a post on his Instagram account expressing his gratitude for Kramer’s relationship with Russell.

Sharing a photo of himself with his two children, Kramer and her fiance, Caussin wrote in the caption, “I take issue with my own reasoning for creating this account and choosing to make a personal post.”

Noting that he has “so much to be thankful for,” he then praised his “modern family,” writing, “I’m incredibly grateful for where @kramergirl and I are in our relationship.”

“We both found a way to move forward for ourselves and more importantly the kids. The fact that she found someone like @superiorstriker just adds to my level of gratitude for the whole situation,” he continued. “Jolie and Jace have the gift of three parents who love them and will do anything to protect them.”

Caussin added: “As a father, what more could I ask for… Happy Thanksgiving 🙌🏼.”

In the comments section, Kramer responded by choosing an emoji, writing “❤️😭♥️🙌🏼.”

Kramer and Russell welcomed their son on Nov. 13, weighing 6 lbs., 1 oz. at the birth, a rep for the couple previously confirmed to PEOPLE.

“Allan and I are overjoyed and truly grateful to announce the birth of our son, Roman James Russell. We feel blessed to have been given the opportunity to create something so special together,” the couple said in a statement.

“The name Roman wasn’t really inspired by anyone, it’s just a strong name that we both love, but James (his middle name) were both our grandfathers’ names, so it was a nod to them,” they added.

Kramer recently shared how much she appreciates her fiancé on her Instagram Story, sharing photos from the day she gave birth.

In the post, the star called Russell her “most supportive man in the world,” alongside a photo of him comforting her as they prepared for their son’s arrival.
