The twice-bankrupt glamor model approached her car with shopping bags in her trolley as well as a Gucci handbag.
She wore make-up all over her face and wore black locks in a ponytail.
Yesterday, Katie’s fans were left horrified to notice her missing earlobe in an Instagram post.
The reality star told followers that she was “privately dealing with her finances” as she sat in her garden.
She casually tossed her hair to the side to reveal her ears – which appear to have no lobes.
“It’s very polite and modest to deal with your finances privately,” she said after kissing the tiny black puppy.

But one fan noticed the difference in her ears, writing: “What happened to your earlobes?”
Most people have stuck-on earlobes, where the lobes hang from the face.
Attached auricles are less common, which is why they are smaller and attached directly to the side of the head.
In the older photos, Katie had ingrown eyelashes, but since her last facelift, it looks like she has attached eyelashes.
Last month she flew to Turkey for a £10,000 face lift and breast reduction, skipping a bankruptcy court date for the procedure.
The plastic surgery fanatic was arrested at Heathrow Airport and was seen outside the High Court the next day.
Her £45m “lost” fortune will be the subject of a new Channel 5 documentary later this year.
But Katie later admitted she feared she might die on the operating table after a psychic gave her a chilling warning.
Speaking on Greatest Hits Radio, Katie explained how a psychic predicted she would die peacefully in her sleep, which her sister Sophie, 34, suggested could be related to being under anaesthetic.
Although the encounter happened years ago, Katie admitted that remembering her visit with Sophie for her podcast left her worried about going under the knife again.
“It kind of triggered something in my head. And I thought, ‘You know what? Imagine that,’ because how many times I’ve been put to sleep and it sticks in my mind.
“If I have surgery again, what if I go in my sleep because you are sleeping.
“And I think it has to do with something in my brain, that’s what I was saying.
“But yes, I do… I have to sort out the body dysmorphia stuff.”
It came after Katie was given an emergency warning by her former surgeon who refused to operate on the star – fearing she was “addicted to surgery”.
The reality star is believed to have spent more than £500,000 on operations over the years – including 17 breast operations, at least four facelifts, multiple brow lifts, a Brazilian butt lift, as well as fillers and Botox.

1998 – Katie underwent her first breast augmentation, changing her from a natural B cup to a C cup. She also had her first liposuction
1999 – Katie had two more breast jobs the same year, one taking her from a C to a D and then an F
2006 – Katie went under the knife to get her breasts up to a G cup
2007 – Katie had a rhinoplasty and veneers on her teeth
2008 – Katie stunned fans by reducing her breasts from an F cup to a C cup
2011 – Returning to an F cup, Katie also underwent body contouring and cheek and lip fillers
2014/5 – After a nasty infection, Katie has her breast implants removed
2016 – Opting for bigger breasts again, Katie had another set of implants, along with implants, botox and lip fillers
2017 – After the disastrous ‘threading’ facelift, Katie had the veneers replaced. She also had her eighth breast surgery which took her to the GG Cup
2018 – Katie went under the knife again for a facelift
2019 – After flying to Turkey, Katie had a face lift, eye and eyelid lift, Brazilian butt lift and tummy tuck
2020 – Katie has her 12th breast job in Belgium to correct botched surgery and a new set of veneers
2021 – In a complete body overhaul, it is decided to lift the eyes and lips, liposuction under the chin, fat injection into the buttocks and liposuction of the whole body
2022 – Katie undergoes another brow and eye lift – and undergoes Belgium’s ‘biggest’ breast lift, her 16th in total.
2023 – Opting for a second rhinoplasty, Katie also gets a lip lift at the same time, as well as a new lip filler throughout the year
2024 – Katie has her 17th tit job in Brussels after revealing she wants to downsize. She performed at Dublin Pride just days later, with surgeons warning that the lack of recovery posed a risk of infection
