Addison Timlin celebrates daughter Ezer Billie White’s 5th birthday!

The actress, 32, celebrated her eldest daughter, who she shares with estranged husband Jeremy Allen White, with a post on Instagram on Friday.

“Today turns 5 and my world feels completely tilted on its axis,” Timlin wrote alongside a recent photo of Ezer and a throwback photo of herself in the hospital while she was pregnant. “I am also confused in the relentless grasp of the mystical space/time continuum. How on earth? I see you and I see you for 1000 years in all directions, always.”

“These days all you want to do is pretend you’re a newborn,” she continued. “Talking about my birth and the way I would hold you. It’s like both of our bodies are remembering at the same time and both of our brains are trying to catch up. Do you remember what it was like to hold your baby for the first time? Do you remember what it was like to meet your face your mother?”

Added Timlin: “Perhaps 5 this is a very precious and uncertain time where we are close enough to remember and close enough 5 to forge our own path. It feels like this gentle departure. From baby to kid. From new mom to mother. The least dismissal.”

The mother of two went on to talk about Ezer’s personality, noting, “Now you tell me stories that are so long and nuanced, you say things like ‘I can’t remember his name, so let’s call him John.’ You have the best sense of humor and the best laugh. You know when someone needs a friend and when something feels wrong. When you have a big feeling – that’s huge.”

Timlin then concluded the post by referring to her own age, which she said her daughter speaks to her about.

“Lately, when you hold my head in your hands, you tell me that you see shadows and spots on my face that let you know that I’m getting older,” she wrote. “I see you too my sweet girl. We look at pictures of you as a baby and I cry at how much you’ve grown. You look at those same pictures and say ‘Mom, you look so young’. Look how much we’ve changed.”

“Happy birthday my sweet Ezer Billie,” the proud mom concluded, adding five “I love yous” — one for each year of her daughter’s life.

In the comments section of the post, White, 32, shared a message for her baby, writing: “The cutest little girl in the world.”

Timlin and White got married a year after Ezera was born. The following year, they welcomed their second daughter, Dolores Wild White, on December 12, 2020.

After nearly four years of marriage, Timlin filed for divorce from White in May 2023.

A few months later, after White was spotted hugging Timlin at one of Ezer’s football games, a source told PEOPLE that the actors are “still separated, but getting along.”

“They love their kids and they all spend time together,” the insider added. “When she filed for divorce, she was upset. Things settled down a bit.”

Since their split, the couple has agreed to share joint custody of their daughters, as long as White uses the Soberlink device to ensure he’s sober before seeing his children, and attends weekly therapy and Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, according to documents obtained by PEOPLE .
