RHOBH: Denise Questions Erika’s Involvement in Ex Tom’s Fraud Case After Dig on Her Daughter’s OnlyFans

The claws are out, and neither Denise Richards nor Erika Jayne is giving up the fight.

In Wednesday’s episode The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Denise, 52, and Erika, 52, continued to fight over an incident that happened on the Bravo show in 2019, where Erika brought up the topic of threesomes at a barbecue where Denise’s children were present.

Calling Erika “amazing” for mentioning her daughter Sami’s OnlyFans account, Starship Trooper alum has doubled down on her claims that the “XXPEN$IVE” singer engaged in inappropriate conversations around her teenage daughters.

Erika, on the other hand, noticed that the other housewives at the party were dealing with similar topics, and Denise herself was bragging about the size of her husband’s unmentionable things.

“Listen, Denise, I don’t have anything left for you,” Erika said after noticing how the two of them squashed their beef a long time ago. “You can think about me however you want. You can feel however you want. I have nothing more to say.”

– I didn’t want this fight – added Denise, who didn’t seem too convinced.

“Yes, you are. You needed to get away from all the other s— going on in your life,” the actress retorted, dismissing Erika’s protests. “Absolutely. That’s what you’re doing, deflecting… stop being so condescending.”

When Erika denied that she was creating drama to make her problems go away, Denise quipped, “And you’re the one who claims you didn’t know $20 million was deposited into your fucking account?” citing her ex-husband Tom Girardi’s cheating controversy.

“You hit below the belt,” she continued as Erika demanded that Denise “f– off” after she had the “opportunity” to confront her at Kyle Richards’ THC party earlier this season.

“Don’t come for me when you’re on OnlyFans for $7,” Erika blurted out to the cameras.

In February 2023, Tom was charged with fraud for allegedly stealing from the families of the 2018 plane crash victims. According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Tom, 83, was indicted by a federal grand jury in Chicago on eight counts of wire fraud and four counts of contempt of court.

Erika eventually filed for divorce from her estranged husband in November 2020 after 21 years of marriage when allegations of racketeering and embezzlement began to mount. The allegations included both a criminal and a civil lawsuit, the latter of which also named Erika.

Erika claimed she had no knowledge of Tom’s alleged criminal acts regarding the victims of the 2018 plane crash, and in August 2022, Erika was acquitted of one of the charges.

Documents obtained by PEOPLE through Erika’s attorney state that “there is no evidence to support the ‘aiding and abetting’ claim against Ms. Girardi, which supports summary judgment,” because the court concluded that Erika had “no knowledge” of the wrongdoing.

“Two years later, we’re getting really great verdicts and I’m grateful for that,” she said during the course RHOBH panel in October at BravoCon 2022. “And more… So I’m in a much better place and I’m grateful for that.”

Amid legal issues, Tom has been living in a “limited memory care unit” at an assisted living facility since October 2022, after being diagnosed with dementia and late-onset Alzheimer’s disease in March 2021. On Tuesday, a federal judge found him competent to stand trial.
